Episode description

All said, just because Ohio State is potentially heading toward a recruiting rut doesn't mean it can't correct its course, and that's where the Lettermen Row staffers come in on the latest edition of the Lettermen Lounge.

Staffers Spencer Holbrook, Andrew Ellis and Matt Parker pump the brakes on the Buckeyes mixed couple of days and evaluate the latest in their recruitment efforts in the 2023 cycle.

The trio was quick to start the show off by saying that Ohio State isn't in a recruiting rut just because its top linebackers prospects in four-star Jesuit (Tampa, Florida) Troy Bowles and four-star Many (Louisiana) Tackett Curtis committed to Georgia and USC, respectively. While the commits certainly sting, the damage isn't permanent so long as the Buckeyes can hit the recruiting trail running for a linebacker, and make sure the current prospect in four-star Glenville (Cleveland) Arvell Reese now knows he's priority No. 1 for Jim Knowles.
