On our first episode of 2022 your FEDs discuss having “one foot in, one foot out” - the concept of being uncommitted to yourself, your goals, or maybe even your partner; being wishy-washy with your intentions. As the new year begins, goals are set in place and new practices come to fruition. Let’s focus on honoring our goals and our growth. For those who are teetering on the idea of committing to your romantic partner, honor them too by deciding if you’re one foot in, or out.
