Under his leadership, Fletcher Supply Chain group delivers tailored Supply Chain solutions with the purpose of driving value and reducing overhead costs for the client’s business needs. His experience also includes exposure to worldwide assignments as a Logistics Readiness officer in the United States Air force for 13 years. This allowed him to gain a great amount of knowledge on the use of strategic sourcing, procurement and logistics optimization tools. With a Masters in Logistics and Supply Chain Alexander Fletcher possesses a broad understanding of supply chain competencies – making him one of the most informed consultants in supply chain solutions.
