"How do I find time for marketing" is one of the most common questions that I get.

So here's a little tough love....

Marketing is your #1 job so you have to set aside time to get it done. (No excuses here).

Here is a real hard fact; if you don't have leads coming in day after day you will be out of business in no time. 

Even if You Have a Job!

Folks that already have a full time job, have less time. But there are plenty of people out there getting it done, and that is because they have a plan.

And, if you are a full time real estate investor - it's the same answer. Marketing should be your #1 task on your list every day.
