Expert Interview with Cally Doyle

My guest today is Cally Wood Doyle from South Florida.

Cally is a great example of someone that has managed to successfully combine her investing business with the retail side of real estate.

She has become an expert in working in the "fringe areas" outside of the big cities in her area.  This show was really interesting because Cally has managed to set the standard for what a nicely rehabbed property will sell for in these areas. This is especially important because accurate comps aren't readily available in some of the more rural areas  around the country. 

She is also a fine example of someone that has not only built a great reputation in her field, she is active in her community, and she has built a business that allows her to do business her way. I know you're going to like this show.
