Epilepsy, Seizures and Autism

This week we welcome back Sez to the show. Sez is here to talk to us about Autism and Epilepsy as this week is National Epilepsy Week. 
As always Sez brings so much information, kindness and warmth to the episode and explains to us what epilepsy is and her own diagnosis journey with epilepsy. Sez tells us what to do if someone has a seizure and the best ways to identify seizures. 
We then speak more about what life is like being autistic and epileptic and how Sez dealt with life changing with an epilepsy diagnosis and the support given to her as an autistic woman.
