Alex Reid - My Autism Diagnosis

Very Excited to be joined by actor, martial arts fighter and Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid.

Alex has recently been diagnosed autistic. 
Alex talks to us about his diagnosis journey and how he is beginning to reach out and understand autism and recognise how it has played a part in his life without him knowing until recently. 
We talk about masking and his experience in the Big Brother house and how he was able to be himself there more than ever, despite the cameras.
