ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia with Lizzie Acker

Super excited this week to be joined by star of the Great British Bake Off, Lizzie Acker. We were met with an overwhelming amount of requests to have Lizzie on to chat as she was such an inspirational contestant on the Bake Off. 
Lizzie was diagnosed with ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia in childhood. In this episode she talks about those diagnoses and what ADHD is to her. We talk through her Bake off journey and where her love of baking came from.  We talk about the support Bake Off offered in regards to ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Lizzie talks openly about ADHD and dyslexia and her hopes for the future in helping other children diagnosed. An episode with so much fun and laughter throughout!
