When Life brings us to a place we’ve never been before, there can be a tendency to want to hold and cling to the known. But what happens when we take that nervous energy and turn it into excitement about unknown territories? There are places that are calling to you explore. Places you may have never been to before. As upheaval happens, and as our circumstance & our experience starts to change, can we realize that we have been changed in the process? And, wherever we are being led or guided to, can we do it while being sweet and tender with ourselves? Can we be compassionate in the mess?
