State of Excellence - Char Morett-Curtiss & Guy Gadowsky

In celebration and recognition of State of Excellence week, Brian Tripp discusses philosophies on establishing culture and leadership with Penn State Field Hockey Head Coach Char Morett-Curtiss and Penn State Men's Ice Hockey Head Coach Guy Gadowsky. 

State of Excellence is a week-long celebration of Penn State student-athletes' dedication to the university, their academic successes and their devotion to their respective sports. It also is a recognition of our coaches and staff for their commitment to providing a complete student-athlete experience based on the four pillars: ACADEMIC, ATHLETIC, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT and CULTURAL LEADERSHIP.
