In this week’s episode I am talking about year-end and half-year completions. As we are coming up to Christmas the majority of developers will be rushing to complete their year-end or half-year numbers. This is a nightmare for new build homebuyers as well as professional snaggers, because at this time of year most newly built houses will have been rushed with little or no care taken during the build process.
