Pleasant, South Carolina had organized a big drive-through COVID vaccination event, but the computers went down and the lines backed up badly. The Mayor of Mt. Pleasant called for help……to the manager of the local Chick-Fil-A. The “pros” showed up, stood out in the rain, and got things going just fine. Wait time dropped from over a hour to about 15 minutes.
