Grown-ish

We love the show Grown-ish and after Carly attended a workshop last week for Gen Z(THANK YOU, ERIN!), she came back with a question that came up: How do you know when you're grown? There is a differing of opinions on this one; Lei thinks it's once you can pay your own bills, Carly thinks it's that and life experience, and Mo didn't really have an opinion. While we may have differing opinions on what it means, there are some things we can agree on...like the fact that if someone had told us some of these things our journey to grown would've have probably been a lot easier.
