Episode description

When we're kids, extracurricular activities are an important part of our lives. They teach us many life skills including communication, teamwork, and building friendships. In adulthood, extracurricular activities are just as important, if not more! They act as de-stressors,  and are also a great way to meet like minded people and make new friends. In this episode Chris, Randy, and Joe talk about some of their favorite extracurricular activities as adults and some of the lasting effects they've had on their lives.
