Having worked as a Learning & Development Manager, Amira has over 12 years experience in the corporate world working with employees, managers and leaders to achieve the best version of themselves.

Amira’s also coached young people from a variety of backgrounds that have had some of the hardest introductions to life. She’s provided them with practical tools to set them up for university, motherhood and life’s challenges who have gone on to achieve great things.

She now runs her own business working with businesses and clients on a 121 basis to help them communicate with themselves and others to get the best out of their relationships. This in turn enables them to get the promotion they want, the career they dream of, be the business leader they want, the partner they’ve visualised and enhance their relationship with family and friends.

In this episode we discuss:

> The fears that are behind our struggles to communicate such as "being too much" or losing this person + how to overcome this and discover your authentic voice.

> The impact of our negative internal dialogue on how we talk and communicate

> How an insecure attachment style can influence your thoughts, words, and choices when engaging with others

> The power of reflection and repair when communication doesn't go to plan

> Why it is important to be open about who your partner is/might be
