Do you have an anxious attachment style? If yes, it is likely that you "merge" with your feelings and thoughts when your anxious attachment becomes triggered. During this episode, Carly Ann shares tips on how you can aim to unmerge when you become triggered.

Although we have aimed it as anxious attachment, you can use this information for a range of triggered states, including when you are feeling avoidant.
