Having experienced significant trauma as a young person, Mr. Jay The Relationship Coach knows how to deal with adversity and triumph.  He also recognizes the dangers a damaged psyche can pose in any relationship, and how a relationship can grow and be successful, despite these challenges. As a Certified Betrayal Trauma Coach, Mr. Jay knows how to navigate the challenging waters of relational betrayal. Mr. Jay shares his personal story, as well as taking on challenging topics such as restoration of an abusive relationship, the parent-child bond, and the benefits of staying "stuck."  Listeners weigh in with their own questions, exploring a broad range of topics from parenthood to keeping romance alive.
