- When you practice self care you are able to love a more balanced life.
14 Day Self Care Challenge
If only takes 2 weeks to form a habit so I decided let’s try a 14 self love challenge!
📍 Set up a 14 day self care routine and log how you feel before and after the 14 days has passed.
