So you’ll need to focus on 3 General Areas - What to do ? - What to think ? - What to avoid ! ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~ My emergency 🚨 plan What to do ? Take a step back and evaluate the scenario and figure out what to do next. What to think ? What will be best for me in the long run 🏃🏽‍♀️? What to avoid ?
