Kc is a registered aromatherapist, produces her own podcast, Women Developing Brilliance, and is the coach for aromatherapists and holistic providers.
Kc found her interested in the power of plants and pursued her aromatherapy certification in 1994 via a correspondence course. After receiving her certification, she ran a boutique aromatherapy line, in parallel to running a chocolate confections business with her best friend. As she continued her education, she realized that many amazing healers have their education, but no idea how to actually thrive in the business space. With two decades of successful business experience behind her, Kc niched down and filled the gap that she saw by becoming a business mentor for holistic healers.
We get to dive into how she helps her clients solve problems, the deeper levels of what coaching really is, some of Kc's own struggles, how to find your energy, and even a silver lining of the COVID tragedy. Be sure to listen all the way to the end to hear Kc's take-away inspiration!
