Dan Waldschmidt: TBI Survivor and Shoutout Champion!

I love every show that we have recorded. Kate and Marc are the best people to have with me on this journey.

I asked a recent acquaintance to be a guest on the show and instead she suggested Dan. Dan Waldschmidt attempted to cleave a tree in half with his head when he was 20. He didn't wake up that morning thinking "I hate trees", but something bad happened. I have no doubt that everything that followed immediately was horrific. I also have no doubt that he and those who knew him wish that his accident never happened- but life is messy. Dan is Dan.

To make the most of your life and legacy is all there is. This show is another great example of why we record these stories and a tribute to the joy found in getting to know new people.
