EP 286 features legendary Canadian performance professional Carson Patterson. Carson currently serves as a Performance Coach at the Olympic Training Centre at the University of Innsbruck where he trains athletes from various sports for Austria. Born and raised through the era of the Crazy Canuck, he’s had an illustrious career in performance sport and served as the lead S+C for Canada’s Alpine Ski team many years ago. He is a Canadian but fell in love with a lady from Austria and never looked back. He chose a circuitous path through life, and we unpack that journey in this episode.
