This episode features one of Canada's great Alpine Skiers Manny Osborne-Paradis. He made his Olympic debut in Turin in 2006 and since then has competed at the Olympics in Vancouver, Sochi, and Pyeongchang. During the 2008-09 season and 2009-10 season, he won six WC medals including three gold, the most of any downhiller during that time. An ACL Injury and broken fibula in a horrific crash sidelined him until 2012. He returned to the podium in Lake Louise with a Silver medal in 2014. In 2017 he claimed a bronze medal at World Championships and stood on the podium with his friend and teammate Erik Guay. In 2018 he suffered another horrific crash at the beginning of the season in training and has been rehabbing ever since. He is forever hopeful of making a comeback to the circuit. He is a proud papa and lives in BC full time. Enjoy!
