A Dynamic Duo of Performance with Nick Foligno and Callen McGibbon

In this episode, I have the unique opportunity to chat with Callen McGibbon and Nick Foligno together. Nick Foligno is currently in his 14th season in the NHL and is the captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets Hockey Team. Callen has been Nick's strength and conditioning coach throughout his career. The opportunity to chat with both of them and learn about their personal stories together and apart is something I am excited to do today. Let’s just say Callen has been a busy man these past 20 years building a career in strength and conditioning, supporting many young athletes in his hometown of Sudbury including the Laurentian Varsity Athletics department. He’s built several businesses during that time and most recently he and Nick had teamed up to build an online software application that helps coaches and teachers with testing and training their students and athletes called REPerformance. More than their professional accomplishments, both guys are fathers of multiple kids and husbands, and their stories as individuals and as a team are inspiring.
