this thought is on vulnerability. and how contagious vulnerability is. I had no idea how important or how contagious it is. I mean, I started practicing vulnerability, to get sober and to like save my own life and my life has become, continues to become more and more amazing. Then we started the emotional bungee jumpers, uh, and there is an element of vulnerability built into that.

And what I've been able to see over and over and over again is every time we meet the group gets together, we go back out into the wild, live our lives, come back, and everybody shares or maybe becomes. More vulnerable with one another. And I think this is like, there's this trust thing that's happening. There's this repetition thing, which obviously makes sense.

but I've even seen folks that really had no interest at all around being vulnerable, become super vulnerable, even more vulnerable than they've ever been in the past. and they've shared how it's impacting their lives. So the question to you is, when are you going to go catch the bug? Pass this along to somebody you care about. Be cool. And we'll talk at you next time. Peace.
