Nelson Dellis is a 4x USA Memory Champion, author of two books on memory, and one of the leading memory experts in the world. Nelson travels the world as a competitive Memory Athlete as well as an advocate and Alzheimer's Disease activist. In this episode, we discuss how Nelson went from someone "born with an average memory" to a national champion as well as some common memory myths.
