Spiritual cleansing and protection

Spiritual cleansing & protection is important to our lives. We inevitably pick up peoples energy as we go on about our day, especially when you do energy work such as Feng Shui, or work with the public all day. Continually and periodic spiritual cleansing is needed to rid ourselves of these negative energies. What can be done when we feel particularly negative energy around us or in our home?
