Farid Al Atrash: Syrian-Egyptian singer, composer, actor and The brother of Asmahan. Initially overshadowed by his sister’s fame, he became more famous after her death in 1944. He continued to have a successful career spanning more than 4 decades, recording 500 songs and starring in 31 movies. He is remembered as one of the most important figures of 20th century Arab music
