Spent time this past weekend digging out the weeds in my vegetable garden this weekend in preparation for the season. In doing so, I was sure to dig out the roots of those weeds so that they could no longer return. It got me thinking about digging out the roots of the stories and judgments that we lay upon ourselves that no longer serve us.
