Hi, it's Mark Raymond here. Welcome to episode 329 of lean blog audio. It's May 3rd 2023. This is a post titled Kindle pre-orders, open for the mistakes that make us enter to win signed paper back. So if you're interested in my upcoming book, it's available in June, more specific date to be determined. That upcoming book again, is titled the mistakes, that make us cultivating, a culture of learning and innovation.
Well, it's now available to pre-ordered through Amazon and that's the Kindle version of the book. The date is set. Therefore the Kindle release on June 27th. It will likely be available sooner Amazon and they're KDP publishing platform. They make it easier to pull the date forward. They punished you a bit for pushing a date back. And I guess that's understandable, in terms of, you know, wanting to meet and not disappoint customers.
And Meet their expectations. Not this point them, the book will also be available at release in paperback and hardcover formats. I'm also going to be working on an audiobook version over the summer for later release. Amazon also makes it more difficult for me to make the paperback or hardcover book available for pre-order. But again, I think it will be on sale early to mid June so you can find it by searching my name or searching the mistakes that make us. On amazon.com and maybe other
Amazon country sites. You can also find a link to that at lien blog dot org, slash audio 329. And if you go to that page open through May 12th you'll find a link to a contest where you can enter to win a free signed copy of the paperback edition when that is available. And again that seems to be on track for June. I also want to share here a recent endorsement of the book from Billy Taylor. Great lean leader, I've met and interviewed. A number of times, he's formally
of good year. He's now doing consulting and a lot of great work on its own, but here is his endorsement. After reading, the pre-publication manuscript of the book. Billy says, I can't recommend Mark, Ravens book, the mistakes that make us enough as someone who's made plenty of mistakes in my own life and career, I found
