83: Identity Shift with Anthony Trucks

Last week we hosted the Thrive 2021 Conference, a personal growth and leadership virtual conference completely free. This was my way to celebrate my milestone birthday and kick-start a new decade doing what I am most passionate about: investing in personal growth and sharing it with others. 

His story is so inspiring and he shared a lot of amazing insights with all the participants of the conference around the topic of Identity Shift, which is also the name of his most recent book. Anthony grew up a Black adopted boy in a poor White family to beat the odds to become the man he is today: NFL athlete, American Ninja Warrior, and international speaker who has been featured in Success, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many more. He is also the host of the Aww Shift podcast, and founder of Identity Shift coaching
