74: Your journey to Self-Mastery

Self-mastery is often defined as self-control, the ability to manage impulses and steer yourself toward your desired future.

On today's episode I share my definition of self-mastery, which is a little more holistic. For me self-mastery in the ongoing journey of getting to know yourself, accepting, liking, loving and trusting yourself. And I will go a little deeper into the first level of getting to know yourself, your true self and your personal drivers. This will lie the foundation to fully accept, like, love and trust yourself.
