I wanted to go deeper into this because resetting my career has been a BIG theme for me this year. After conducting this process / framework that I am going to share with you on today's episode I decided to leave my job after 13 year, switch jobs and companies. I am not suggesting that you do the same, but I know that this framework has the power to restore passion, focus and ability to thrive in your career and help you reset and realign your results to your potential.
