Foreign Hi everyone, this is Beth Rota. I'm the Chief Strategy Officer at Academic Impressions. Hi, Beth. I'm Amit Marig, president and founder of Academic Impressions. And we're bringing you a podcast, our first one leading in Higher Ed. And we wanted to bring to life some of the conversations that we've had, ask questions some, some tough questions, but also maybe passing along some advice to our listeners. I think
that's a really important point. I think there's a lot of great podcasts out there in higher education right now. We want to go beyond the platitudes and really get to real stories about how leaders operate, how they think about the work that they do, how they make decisions. Sort of a behind the scenes look at some of the great work that they do. The podcast will feature our five paths to leadership model.
And so if you're not familiar with that, you can find more information on our website, academicimpressions.com but it's a really intuitive leadership frame and it helps leaders really understand kind of their natural preferences around leadership, how their leadership changes under stress, really reflecting the fact that leadership is dynamic and changing all the time. And as leaders, we have to have agility and adaptability to be successful. And so encourage you to check out that assessment
because I think you'll learn a lot from it. And we'll talk about our guest life paths, profiles and how that informs the way that they lead. And it's fun to hear them reflect on their results and see how it holds true. Absolutely. So we look forward to having you all join us and if you have comments or suggestions or folks that you think would be great for us to interview, please reach out. And we look forward to hearing from all of you. Let's get started.
