Help others become their best self

Creating your own path is a challenging obstacle that even the most driven people struggle to figure out and determine. This is why it can be so challenging to help other's find their own path! Often, people within an organization or a group might look to the most successful individuals to decide what they should be doing with their own lives and mold a life out of someone else's experience.
