Some great lessons in leadership from a leading fire fighter for us to learn from. Zoe, wife and mother to two daughters, is one of the first appointed female fire fighters in her region. Over the years she has progressed to Crew Manager; where being a good leader is absolutely critical, both during emergency incidents and equally back at the station between shouts.
