Episode description

This is a completely free-form, unplanned, behind the scenes chat where I tell you my whole life story and how it impacted where I am today with yoga and podcasting. I just turned on my mic and started talking to see where it would take me.

I share insight about my childhood, how my love story changed me forever, and the unfoldings of my own inner workings and self-discovery. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Tune in to get to know me, and to perhaps release a bit of perfectionism and fear... and whatever else is holding you back so that you can SET YOURSELF FREE.
