S2: E045 Be The Tree

“If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound” When you fail and you are by yourself, then your failure is really insignificant. No one was there to witness it so you can say it never happened. But when we fail in front of others, it is larger than life, it’s documented and recorded in history for everyone to revisit.
