Tom Mullins is the founding Pastor of Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach, FL. Tom is a national champion football coach turned pastor. He started Christ Fellowship in 1984 and it has grown to see well over 30,000 people at their several locations as well as 25,000+ that tune in online. Tom has since passed the leadership baton to his son Todd who now runs the church. On this episode we discuss leadership as well as the transition to the next leader.
