In todays episode I am joined by biotechnology visionary and entrepreneur, Josh Silverman.  We spoke about his love of science, and how his early experience with the early adoption of DNA and protein modification technologies, shaped his passion for high growth entrepreneurialism. He spoke about his experience working within drug development, and particularly around developing novel protein molecules, being part of successful high growth startup cultures.  He explained his vision and connection for a sustainable and healthy world, and in creating novel solutions using biotechnology, applied to industrial markets. He spoke about the journey from concept to commercialization of alternative proteins, using methane as a feedstock. He spoke about his journey with Aromyx, and the complexity and challenges in both building a biotechnology and data  platform to digitalisize smells and tastes, exploring the future application areas and opportunities for major adoptions of this novel technology.
