Episode description

Welcome to Episode 5 of the Fiercely Courageous Conversations podcast with Dr Rebecca Ray and myself, Monica Kade. In today’s episode we’re tackling the topic of Managing self-doubt & Imposter Syndrome.
Self-doubt is the silent killer of ambition and dreams, and when we dabble with self doubt more often than not this invites thoughts of, “who am I to do this?” and from there we perpetually fuel imposter syndrome and further fearful thoughts.
Today, Beck and I want to shine light on how best to step away from these mindsets and move into ways where we can manage and potentially even absolve ourselves from questioning our self-worth. We’ll also touch on when self-doubt could be a protective mechanism, so you can recognise the difference and act accordingly. Our aim is to provide thoughtful insight around how as women we limit ourselves from truly expressing who we are and how this manifests into our professional and personal lives. fierce |fɪəs| - showing a heartfelt and powerful intensity We’d love to continue this month’s conversation on Instagram under the FCC Episode 5 banner via @MonicaKade’s Instagram page. Both of us will be reading the comments and answering any of your questions, so please get involved - we’d love to hear from you.
