I'm so excited to share another guest conversation with you all today - this one goes deep, but there is so much joy and fun here, too. My friend Han takes us through their experiences with high-stress, high-demand college sports and the journey from living under expectations of others to freeing the body, loving their identity, finding community, and doing whatever feels GOOD. Han is the leader of Flo DMV, a Washington, DC based group of skaters who put the emphasis on community support, and are the safest space for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC.
