Le 26 mai 2023 entre 15h30 et 17h, j’ai vécu une expérience intime d’une profondeur exceptionnelle qui a bouleversé mon rapport à ma propre existence. Une seule session avec une praticienne de l’IFS (Internal Family Systems), Sylvaine Thouron, m’a démontré la puissance des intuitions de Richard Schwartz, ce psychologue américain qui a développé l’IFS depuis 40 ans, en postulant que nous n’étions pas des mono-esprits, mais plutôt des agrégats de parts multiples, comme une tête d’ail.

On May 26, 2023, between 3:30 and 5 p.m., I had an exceptionally profound and intimate experience that changed my relationship with my own existence. A single session with an IFS (Internal Family Systems) practitioner, Sylvaine Thouron, demonstrated to me the power of the insights of Richard Schwartz, the American psychologist who developed IFS over the last 40 years, by postulating that we are not mono-minded, but rather aggregates of multiple parts, like a head of garlic.
