Une méditation guidée, illustrée à l’aide de stockshots libres de droits, et accompagnée d’une musique originale, "Anicca", un titre que j’avais composé au retour de ma retraite Vipassana fin 2022. Le texte est une traduction libre et une adaptation d’un enregistrement de Ram Dass, utilisé par le musicien anglais Jon Hopkins pour le morceau "Sit around the Fire" que j’ai comme décalqué, mais sans reprendre aucun élément de l’original.

A guided meditation, illustrated with royalty-free stockshots, and accompanied by original music, "Anicca", a track I composed on my return from my Vipassana retreat at the end of 2022. The text is a free translation and adaptation of a recording by Ram Dass, used by the English musician Jon Hopkins for the track "Sit around the Fire", which I've sort of transposed, but without taking any elements from the original.
