Encore un long épisode, où j’essaye de discerner la valeur universelle de mon expérience intime. L’IFS (Internal Family Systems) m’a donné accès à l’amour inconditionnel de moi-même, en dévoilant la part cachée de mon égo à laquelle je n’avais jamais eu accès auparavant. J’ai le sentiment de n’avoir jamais été autant connecté avec ma vraie nature. L’amour de soi pourrait bien être le dernier voile à lever sur notre éveil.

Another long episode, in which I try to discern the universal value of my intimate experience. IFS (Internal Family Systems) gave me access to unconditional self-love, revealing the hidden part of my ego that I'd never had access to before. I feel I've never been so connected with my true nature. Self-love could well be the last veil to be lifted on our awakening.
