Hello, Friends In the Bible a yoke may represent different things. The term yoke most obviously applies to a device used to shackle animals together, but this was not the only meaning in Biblical times. Rabbis referred to the Kingdom of God as a yoke and many people referred to a particular Rabbis' teaching as his yoke.
