Jewel School

Jesus said that all men will know we are really his disciples by the love we show toward one another. “Jewel School” preached by Pastor Nik and Pastor Wade stirred us to reflect the Oneness of our good Father in the plural unity that we are to have as the body of Christ. We were challenged today to examine the idolatry of self that shows up in the areas of our lives where we are willfully using our brothers to our advantage, devaluing their fixed value, and abusing the authority given to us towards our them. We must remember that we are in covenant with each other and pledge our allegiance towards one another as one body and one family. This will cause us to walk in greater levels of vulnerability towards each other and it is how we cultivate and fortify the unity that is ours in Christ!
