Episode description

In this message preached by brothers Justin Treaster and Adam Corra, we continue with a theme of growing in an appreciation of the agricultural background that every Israeli would have related to the promises in the Tanakh. To you and me here in America, there is not much unique about fruit production, but to a Jew, fruit being produced in Israel is a direct fulfillment of prophecy. Throughout their entire history as a people, they have to fight for their promises to be fulfilled, while at the same time knowing that it was an absolute certainty as long as they were fighting and cultivating. We learned that we must take up a "Shammah" state of mind & stand in the middle of our field, defending its promises as Israel has. At the same time, we are to do the same for our brothers like Johnathan's armor-bearer, fighting for each others promises until we all see the fruit that God has promised us. And if you see philistines banding around your brother, you just tell them "Hand's Off My Fruit!"
