Episode description

Hello, Friends Olives are one of the most durable crops found in Israel. In ancient times they were used for everything from anointing oil to food. This message delves into the Hebraic associations with the Olive tree and its fruit during older and newer testament periods. Additionally, the major differences between Hebraic and Hellenistic thoughts are covered as they relate to properly interpreting the Holy Word. Looking introspectively we can all agree that the most revealing times in our lives are when we are pressed. Interestingly enough, Yeshua chose a specific place to pray when He was pressed by the crushing weight of our sin. We pray that your lives are enriched as you learn about the many pressings of olives and Christians. Shalom, The LCMF Staff
