In the time since David Haugh and Dan Wiederer recorded their previous episode, Bears president Ted Phillips announced his retirement at the end of the season. The guys look back on his tenure with the team, which has...uh...some ups and downs to say the least. Dan has PAGES of notes he wants to unload!
