The Pentagon says, "we believe that Putin is being misinformed" about Russian military performance in Ukraine and the impact of sanctions on Russia’s economy. That, as Ukrainian cities continue to be bombarded despite Russia’s claims of de-escalation, with heavy shelling reported around Kyiv over the past 24-hours, and Chernihiv’s Mayor saying his city has come under a “colossal attack”.
